Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager to take ownership of a busy retail store in the area, driving performance, sales and an outstanding customer experience. You’ll lead from the front, overseeing team development and daily operations while ensuring stock availability and high store standards across varied shifts.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced retail, a proactive hands-on approach, and a strong commercial mindset focused on results and performance.

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Alnwick and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.
