Job summary

B&M Retail in Whitby is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own store performance, drive sales, lead your team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential. You’ll take full ownership, make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit, drive KPIs, manage stock and ensure high store standards.
