B&M Retail Limited in Gateshead is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. You’ll own store performance, drive sales, supervise your team and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style that motivates staff and maintains high store standards.
