Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Leicester is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. Initially this will be in a Designate role covering Leicester Area, with flexibility to travel across stores.

As Store Manager you’ll take full ownership of store performance, drive sales, lead your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. Availability across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
