Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. Initially this will be in a Designate role covering The Huntingdon Area, with flexibility to travel across stores in the region.

You will own store performance, drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. As the leader of your store, you will manage days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, making commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit
