Job summary

B&M is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Bristol-area store network in a designate role covering multiple stores. You will be accountable for store performance, sales growth, and delivering a brilliant customer experience while travelling across stores as needed.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, make commercial decisions, manage stock, and ensure high standards and compliance. Flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
