Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Keighley store. You will lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment, owning store performance and driving sales while delivering a brilliant customer experience every day.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential. You will manage and develop your team, create a high-standard shopping experience, and make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profitability.
