Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to join our store leadership team in Greater London. You will lead by example, coach Educators, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while overseeing all retail floor operations.

You will use KPIs to prioritize tasks, support omnichannel programs, manage presentations, and maintain a luxury store environment. The role emphasizes people development, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail leadership experience is preferred (1 year)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach salesfloor team to deliver guest experience.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, etc.).
• Monitor store operations and ensure product presentation standards.
• Open/close the store according to checklists.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
