JD Group in Leicester is seeking an experienced retail leader to join our management team. You will lead from the front, motivating staff, influencing performance, and supporting store operations to deliver strong commercial results and an outstanding customer experience.

You will coach colleagues, uphold JD standards, analyse KPIs, plan shifts, and ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and effective visual displays to drive sales and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and sales data to support commercial decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Support store leadership with day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and upholding JD standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real-time feedback to reinforce expectations.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including product availability, pricing accuracy, and visual displays.
• Deliver key operational duties such as cash handling, till checks, deliveries, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
