JD Sports in Leicester seeks an experienced retail leader to drive store performance, motivate teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain visuals and standards, and support a high‑performing sales environment.

The role requires confident leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to coach colleagues while achieving ambitious targets and delivering premium JD service.

Formación

• Experience leading store teams and driving sales targets.
• Strong ability to analyse KPI data to guide shift planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customers and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Support store leadership with day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks, supporting service delivery, and upholding JD standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real-time feedback and reinforcing expectations set by store management.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including product availability, pricing accuracy, visual displays, and store safety.
• Deliver key operational duties such as cash handling support, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines — escalating issues as appropriate.
