Qualifications

• Evidence of leadership in a retail setting or supervisory role.
• Ability to analyse KPI data to inform sales planning and performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customers and colleagues.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership with day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocate tasks and support service delivery.
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback and clear expectations.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, stock accuracy, pricing and safety.
• Perform key duties such as till checks, deliveries, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
