Job summary

JD Group is seeking an experienced retail management professional to lead store operations, inspire teams, and drive strong commercial results. You’ll coach colleagues, uphold JD standards, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll analyse KPIs and sales data to support decision‑making, balance stock and visuals, and oversee day‑to‑day tasks from cash handling to opening and closing routines, ensuring the store thrives together.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and sales data for decision‑making and shift planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving KPI targets in retail.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership with day‑to‑day operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and upholding JD standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real‑time feedback.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including stock, pricing, visuals, and safety.
• Handle cash, till checks, deliveries, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
