You’ll coach colleagues, analyse KPIs, and plan shifts to maximise commercial results while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role in our store network.

Aufgaben

• Support store leadership with day to day operations to achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks, supporting service delivery, and upholding JD standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real time feedback and reinforcing expectations set by store management.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including product availability, pricing accuracy, visual displays, and store safety.
• Deliver key operational duties such as cash handling support, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines — escalating issues as appropriate.
