Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team in London. You will coach staff, drive guest experience, and support administrative and operational tasks including scheduling and floor management.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and manage performance, while ensuring loss prevention and budget adherence. A welcoming, inclusive workplace thrives on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Background in leadership or people management preferred
• Retail/guest service experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members, ensuring outstanding guest experience.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, onboarding and performance management.
• Plan schedules according to labour requirements and budget.
• Oversee floor operations, open/close store per checklists.
• Collaborate to review business data including P&L and sales planning.
• Maintain safe store environment and enforce policies.
