Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team in London. You will lead and coach team members, drive guest experiences, and ensure smooth store operations and scheduling. This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

You will partner with the Store Manager on budgeting, performance reviews, and daily planning, while maintaining adherence to safety policies and company values. Flexibility is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have evidence of Right to Work and comply with local requirements (EMEA where applicable).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage floor operations, scheduling, and budget considerations.
• Partner with Store Manager to review business data, plans, and store strategy.
• Open and close the store in accordance with opening/closing procedures and safety policies.
• Provide salesfloor leadership and ensure efficient operations.
