You will collaborate with the Store Manager on budget, performance, and development initiatives, driving a positive store environment and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading teams and delivering strong guest experiences.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop staff along with performance management.
• Comfort with reviewing store data and budgeting, including labor and expenses.

• Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan schedules within budget.
• Ensure floor coverage and smooth daily store operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff.
• Monitor and address guest feedback and ensure issues are resolved.
