You will recruit, train and upskill staff, ensure stock and visuals are compelling, manage budgets, and foster a supportive, high-energy working environment in line with Lush's values. This role offers flexible hours (32-40) and the chance to shape your store's growth while championing Living

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Drive sales by analysing metrics, setting targets, and organising events/outreach.
• Ensure the shop is well-stocked, visually appealing, and reflects current trends.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and stock to maintain healthy margins.
• Recruit, train and develop a diverse team and ensure readiness to meet sales goals.
• Foster a positive work environment with regular check-ins and focus on work-life balance.
• Plan in-store and external events, coordinating with PR to raise visibility.
• Ensure store operations follow Lush guidelines and internal processes.
