With responsibility for scheduling, stock, events, and local outreach, you will shape the store's performance, build a welcoming environment, and champion Living Wage commitments while maintaining exceptional service and a vibrant, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales growth by analysing metrics, setting targets, and running events.
• Ensure stock, store visuals, and displays reflect trends.
• Manage shop finances: staffing, costs, and stock to maintain margins.
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team.
• Foster a positive work environment with good communication.
• Plan/store events and coordinate with PR to boost visibility.
• Ensure operations comply with Lush guidelines; create internal processes.
• Promote safety and wellbeing; provide support resources.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust hours/staff to maximise trading.
