You will drive community engagement and contribute to the store’s growth through clever planning and leadership. The position requires full availability including evenings, weekends, and seasonal shifts, with a 32 or 40 hour contract.

• Delegate tasks to meet customer and store needs while maintaining high standards.
• Contribute to budgeting, sales growth and stock control to optimize performance.
• Maintain an attractive store with high cleanliness and stock management.
