Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking an ambitious Store Manager for one of its company-owned stores in the UK. You will lead a retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain brand presentation, and ensure compliant operations while promoting the local store’s growth.

Across responsibilities, you will coach staff, manage costs, and drive promotional activity to maximise sales and profitability. You will stay informed on store performance and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to uphold brand standards and store presentation at all times.
Proven track record of coaching teammates and improving performance.
Comfort with interpreting business metrics and acting on insights.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop store team to deliver outstanding service and on-floor engagement.
Present the store in line with brand standards and guidelines.
Resolve issues affecting the customer experience and report as needed.
Build relationships with the local community to promote the brand.
Analyse available data to maximise turnover and profitability.
Lead promotional activity and ensure costs are controlled.
Drive team to achieve targets and continuously improve performance.
