Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store team to deliver outstanding service and promote the brand on the shop floor.
• Present the store in line with brand standards guidelines.
• Resolve or report issues affecting customer experience promptly.
• Communicate positively with colleagues and provide guidance as needed.
• Build relationships with the local community to positively represent the brand.
• Understand support departments to optimise the customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and support initiatives to generate additional business.
• Deliver action plans to develop and improve store performance.
• Analyse management information to maximise turnover and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to store control guidelines by all team members.
• Manage controllable costs, focusing on people costs.
