Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a proactive Supervisor to join our store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead customer service excellence, maintain brand presentation, and support colleagues through guidance and training. A flexible shift pattern (6am–10pm) is required as we operate 7 days a week.

You will foster community relationships, ensure policy adherence, and drive upselling of promotions while developing product knowledge among the team.

• Upsell and promote promotions company-wide.
• Provide training to new team members.
• Continually expand product knowledge across the team.
• Be flexible to work shifts from 6am to 10pm.
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all staff.
