Morrisons is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume operation and a team of up to 350 colleagues across Market Street. You’ll set the culture, coach on the shop floor, and ensure standards, service and availability are market-leading.

You will develop future talent, analyze performance, manage costs, and build strong links with the local community while delivering a welcoming customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• Has proven experience managing a large, fast-paced team within food retail.

Responsibilities
