Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large team and deliver a welcoming shopping experience across Market Street. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will own your store and guide up to 350 colleagues, driving performance, standards and customer satisfaction.

You will set culture, coach on the shop floor, develop future leaders, analyse performance data, and engage with the local community to tailor the store to local needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a large, fast-paced team within food retail.
• Leads through continuous coaching with feedback and building trust.
• Strong retail operational knowledge and passion for Market Street.
• Able to analyse store performance data and make sound commercial decisions.
• Collaborative, adaptable leadership style with focus on team development.
