Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Lead and support partners during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Open and/or close the store following operational standards.
• Uphold safety and sanitation guidelines and Starbucks policies.
• Monitor beverage and food preparation to meet standards.
• Lead shift briefings with daily goals and updates.
