Job summary

Starbucks Nottingham - Queens Drive DT is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations and lead baristas on daily shifts. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure top-tier customer service, uphold Starbucks standards, and maintain a welcoming, efficient store atmosphere.

You will open and close the store, supervise team tasks, manage cash handling, and monitor beverage/food quality. The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or food service experience required; Starbucks experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
