• Retail experience is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Identify customer needs using open questions.
• Record and relay customer feedback to Store Management.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately and on time.
• Maintain stockroom organization and loss-prevention procedures.
• Re-merchandise displays and POS areas to maximise sales.
• Handle till operations, cash handling and related administration.
• Stand in for Store/Assistant Manager when required.
• Report issues or noncompliance to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Management.
