Job summary
Boots is seeking a Business Acceleration Lead to partner with the Store Leader and drive commercial success, excellent customer service and strong colleague performance across Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness and Pharmacy. You will coach teams on the shop floor, identify growth opportunities and develop capabilities to maximise store performance.
You’ll be highly visible on the shop floor, supporting colleagues and delivering timely coaching, while using performance insights to celebrate success and
Qualifications
- Experience leading Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness or Pharmacy teams.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to deliver strong customer service and commercial results.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate colleagues.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with sales data, KPIs and targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop beauty, health and wellness, and pharmacy teams to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results.
- Stay present on the shop floor, provide real-time coaching and celebrate successes.
- Use sales and performance data to identify trends and drive action plans to meet store objectives.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and build relationships with stakeholders.
