Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is hiring a Store Manager in Bristol. You will lead the food hall team, coach staff to high standards, and ensure smooth daily operations to provide customers with the products they want.

You will manage performance, scheduling, and payroll, and may take full responsibility for running the store in the absence of senior management. Your leadership will drive KPI targets and superior shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service and staff coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs across sales, stock, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience handling disciplinaries and employee relations.
• Ability to lead store operations and deliver for customers in absence of senior management.

Responsibilities

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the store.
• Manage compliance to processes while delivering strong customer service.
• Ensure customers get the food they want when shopping at our stores.
• People management, performance reviews, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Take overall responsibility for running the store when needed.
