Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a proactive Keyholder to help run the store at Designer Outlet West Midlands.

You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management are absent. You will deliver outstanding customer service, coach colleagues on product knowledge and styling, maintain high visual standards, assist with deliveries and stock, and help create an inclusive, high performing environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience leading and motivating a team on the shop floor.
• Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver brand values and service.
• Support the store team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures in shifts without management.
• Assist with deliveries, restocking, and stockroom organisation.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach colleagues on product knowledge and styling.
• Foster an inclusive, positive, high-performing team.
• Collaborate with store management on daily tasks.
