Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in London is seeking a Keyholder to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management is not present.

You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, motivate the team to hit KPIs, maintain visual standards, and help manage deliveries and stockroom processes. This role offers career growth within a purpose-driven brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with sales targets/KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a shop-floor team.
• Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and upholding brand values.
• Coach and motivate Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Oversee store operations during key hours, including opening/closing.
• Support management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom cleanliness.
