Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Norwich is seeking a motivated Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor.

You’ll lead by example, support the team, and help ensure smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management is not present. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, coaching colleagues on product knowledge and styling, assisting with deliveries and stock, and maintaining high visual standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ownership, calmness, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and upholding brand values.
• Act as a role model for stylists, motivate and guide the team to meet store KPIs.
• Lead store operations during key hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operations.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
