Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Swindon is seeking a Keyholder to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will open/close the store when needed and support the management team in daily tasks and floor leadership.

The role requires retail experience, strong customer service, and the ability to drive store KPIs while maintaining Levi’s brand standards and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and modelling brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to hit KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening/closing.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operations.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
