Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Keyholder at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, United Kingdom. You will lead the shop floor, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management is unavailable.

You will drive exceptional customer service, uphold Levi’s brand values, and help maintain visual standards while supporting management with daily tasks and stock duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support store management where needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the wider team.
• Open and close the store when management is not present.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operations.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
