Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Birmingham is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly during your shifts, including opening and closing when management is not present.

You will inspire the team with brand values, manage operations during key hours, and drive store KPIs while delivering outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Able to own decisions and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to hit KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
