Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Birmingham (Resorts World) is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management are not present.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, coach Stylists, keep visuals on brand, assist with stock, and help create a positive, high‑performing store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with sales targets and KPIs is required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service mindset with calm, proactive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store during shifts, opening/closing when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Levi’s brand.
• Coach Stylists, drive visuals, and maintain stock and merchandising.
• Support store management with daily tasks and operations.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
