Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Designer Outlet West Midlands (UK) is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, support the team and ensure smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management is not present. You will coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience, drive sales targets and KPIs, handle stock deliveries and stockroom standards, and help maintain a welcoming,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coaching Stylists on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Maintaining store operations during key trading hours (opening/closing).
• Supporting management with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
