Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Keyholder to bring the Levi's® brand to life on the shop floor in Southampton. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management are unavailable.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, motivate teammates, manage stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards while contributing to KPI targets and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable making decisions and staying calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting and guiding the team to achieve KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing.
• Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Coach team on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
