Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor in the UK. You’ll model exceptional customer experiences, coach team members in selling, and support daily operations including cash handling, opening/closing, and store standards.

A passion for the SKIMS brand, strong leadership, and an inclusive mindset will help create a positive shopping environment. You will mentor staff, manage inventory and product launches, and collaborate with leaders

• Experience in supervisory or management role in retail.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset and model service on the floor.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain with coaching and zone management.
• Ensure daily tasks and cash handling and store cleanliness adhere to standards.
• Coach team members in selling, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities, support onboarding.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches/restocks.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs and drive results.
• Monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership.
