You will drive sales and efficiency through coaching, strong floor presence, and operational excellence, balancing pace with the brand’s polished, inclusive culture across all shifts. This role requires full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with others and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Excellent visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand, move around store, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Coach in real time to elevate service speed and store culture.
• Embed brand mission and educate on product expertise to the team.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.

• Hire, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen store bench.
• Develop clear development plans for team growth and succession.
