Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, model customer-focused service, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team. You will coach team members, support daily operations, and execute store standards to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Open availability is expected, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will lead by example, manage tasks from cash handling to visual standards, and collaborate with leaders to achieve KPIs and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail (fashion preferred).
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to coach and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset on the floor and model those behaviors.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain with coaching and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations with cash handling and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Support training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce brand standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs and drive results.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire a positive, inclusive culture and resolve issues.
