Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and model customer‑obsessed service. You will coach Team Members, manage openings/closings, and partner with leaders to meet store KPIs while sustaining a positive, inclusive culture.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for our brand values. Compensation is hourly with a performance-based bonus, plus benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related industry.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and our mission to serve the team and customers through innovation and inclusivity.
• Strong ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teamwork and customer connection; leverage sales data to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional service on the floor.
• When designated as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations, including cash handling and store cleanliness, are executed.
• Coach team members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members and uphold standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs and drive results with goal setting and recognition.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive and positive culture; resolve issues with empathy and ownership.
