SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive store results, coach the team, and maintain brand standards while balancing high-volume operations with a polished presentation.

You will lead by example, train staff on product knowledge and customer service, and use data to optimize inventory and KPI performance, contributing to SKIMS’ growth in fashion
