Job summary

Miele is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Wigmore London Experience Centre. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, enhance customer experiences and lead the sales team in delivering premium brand interactions.

You will coach staff, manage rota planning and stock, and maintain high service levels across the centre. This is a full-time, on-site role offering development opportunities within a historic brand that values 'Immer Besser' and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles delivering sales results and customer service excellence.
• Experience leading and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to deliver sales, customer experience and operational objectives across the Experience Centre.
• Coach and develop the sales team to perform at a high level and maintain a positive working environment.
• Deliver premium brand experiences and build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure store standards, displays and customer service reflect Miele’s quality and values.
• Assist with rota planning, stock management and compliance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining satisfaction.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, lead the Experience Centre and pursue business priorities.
