Job summary

Miele Experience Centre in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver a premium customer experience and support day-to-day operations while partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales and brand excellence.

You will coach and develop the sales team, manage store standards, rota planning, stock control and compliance, and lead in the Store Manager's absence to ensure targets are met and customers leave impressed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Track record of delivering sales results and customer service excellence.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of sales, customer experience and operational objectives.
• Develop and performance-manage the sales team through coaching.
• Deliver premium brand experience and build loyalty with customers.
• Maintain store standards, displays and service levels to reflect Miele values.
• Assist with rota planning, stock management and compliance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead the Experience Centre in absence of the Store Manager.
