• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep shop floor presentation sharp; ensure fixtures, displays and stock areas are tidy.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are visible and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, handle cash, manage stock, and prepare deliveries.
• Use in-store systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support daily store running.
• Take on additional duties as reasonably required.
