A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for the Elstead SPAR store to lead daily operations and help drive sales and service excellence.

You will support the Store Manager, supervise colleagues, manage cash and stock, and ensure safety and compliance while promoting community engagement and first-class customer experiences. The role combines hands-on leadership with flexible hours and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Previous management or supervisory experience in fast-paced retail.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for the store during Duty Manager shifts.
• Support the Store Manager to deliver store objectives and KPIs.
• Coach and support colleagues to build a motivated team.
• Manage cash reconciliations, stock security and compliance.
