Job summary

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for Quintrell Downs to lead a busy SPAR store and deliver outstanding customer service to the local community.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage stock and merchandising, set sales targets, analyse performance data, engage with customers, and drive growth in a supportive environment with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock control.
• Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Set and achieve sales targets, analyse sales reports and trends for improvements.
• Actively participate in local community events and seek partnerships that benefit Quintrell Downs.
• Manage budgets, expenses and financial reporting within parameters.
