The role requires previous supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, a commitment to excellent service, and flexible hours, with a salary of £13.75 per hour and permanent contract terms. Applicants must be over 18.

• Previous management or supervisor experience in food retail or similar fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to ensure a safe, legal and high performing store.
• Assist in delivering all store operations, objectives and KPI's.
• Coach and support colleagues to build a motivated team.
• Manage performance and absence where appropriate.
• Occasional opening/closing of the store and security duties during shifts.
• Carry out cash reconciliations and till-related tasks.
• Lead the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to engage with and support the local community.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
