Job summary

schuh is hiring a Deputy Manager for our Bristol store. You will coach and develop the team, lead junior managers and sales staff, and drive KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service on the high street.

You will recruit and train new talent, set ambitious goals, and create engaging store displays within our visual merchandising guidelines. Strong leadership and a passion for retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership in customer service and/or retail.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team to meet targets.
• Able to recruit, train and motivate staff, and to drive KPIs.
• Comfortable with merchandising and brand promotion.
• Willing to work 37.5 hours across 5 out of 7 days.
